Not everything can be understood through thinking. Sometimes it needs to be felt.

Body-based practices that help you release what has built up, reconnect with yourself, and create space for meaningful change.

Who this is for

You already know something needs to change.

  • You feel disconnected from yourself, going through the motions but not really present
  • You carry chronic stress or emotional tension that rest doesn’t seem to touch
  • You understand your patterns intellectually, yet keep repeating them anyway
  • You struggle to slow down, truly relax, or feel safe in your own body
  • You’re done talking about it. You want to actually move through it

If any of this resonates, this work was made for you. Not because something is broken. But because your body is ready to let go.

About Julia

I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself.

For years, I searched for ways to feel more whole through yoga, meditation, study and therapy. What I discovered is that the most profound shifts didn’t happen in my mind. They happened in my body.

That’s what drives this work.

I’m a certified transformational facilitator, sound therapist, and Sadhu board practitioner with over 15 years of experience in yoga, breathwork, somatic and embodiment practices. My approach combines an understanding of the nervous system, trauma-informed facilitation, and deep intuitive presence to create the conditions where meaningful change becomes possible.

I don’t believe in pushing people into catharsis or forcing breakthroughs. I believe transformation happens when your body finally feels safe enough to soften.

Why body-based work

Understanding why you feel a certain way doesn’t make it stop.

Not everything we live through can be resolved through logic alone. The body responds through sensation, tension, breath, and impulse.

We can understand an experience intellectually and still notice the same reactions showing up in the body. Body-based work gives us another way to meet those patterns: through sensation, breath, movement and presence.

That is usually where change begins.

Ways to work together

Private and group experiences.

Every session is different. Everyone arrives with something different. That’s why each experience is intuitively shaped around what you need most, right now, in this moment.

All sessions are in person, within Mexico City. I come to your home with the instruments, or we meet at the studio in the city center. You don’t need to bring anything.

Private Sound Healing

A full immersive sound experience, in your own space.

An immersive 1:1 sound journey designed to support deep rest, relaxation and a greater sense of emotional and physical ease.

You settle comfortably on a mat, usually with a blanket, while layers of sound surround you. Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and chimes create an immersive space for deep rest and listening.

I bring every instrument to you. People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

Each session is intuitively designed around your emotional state, nervous system, and intention, weaving together somatic awareness, breathwork, and sound healing to help you move through what’s been held.

This is the deepest one-to-one work I offer. Full presence, full support, no agenda except yours.

Sadhu Board Experience

Standing on a board of nails sounds extreme. With preparation, guidance and the freedom to stop at any moment, it can feel very different from what most people imagine.

This is a deeply supported transformational practice that uses the Sadhu board as a portal: to meet fear, sit with discomfort, and discover what’s on the other side.

I guide you through every step, breath by breath, sensation by sensation, so that what feels impossible at first can become a powerful moment of focus, presence and clarity.

Then we use sound and rest to integrate the experience, and give you time to notice what stays with you.

Session includes

  • Intention setting and emotional inquiry
  • Grounding preparation and breathwork
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Fully guided nail standing
  • Facilitation through resistance
  • Sound healing integration

Still unsure? Message me and tell me what’s going on. I’ll tell you honestly which one fits, or whether now is the right time at all.

How it works

Three steps to your first session.

1

Reach out

Message me on WhatsApp or book a time in the calendar. Tell me what’s bringing you here. A sentence is enough.

2

We shape the session

We agree on the format, the place, and the time. I bring everything to your home, or we meet at the studio. You don’t need to bring anything.

3

Come as you are

For 90 minutes, nothing is expected of you. Afterwards, notice what feels different: sometimes more space, sometimes clarity, sometimes simply rest.

A short intro call first, so we can find the right session for you. I’ll confirm every detail with you personally.

What makes this work different.

  • It comes to you

I carry the bowls, the chimes, and the whole setup to your home. It can be easier to soften and relax in a place your body already knows and trusts, and you don’t have to drive home afterwards still half inside the experience.

  • Nothing is a template

No fixed playlist, no standard sequence. I respond to what I’m noticing in the moment and adapt the session from there, in real time.

  • Trauma-informed, always

No forced catharsis. No pushing you past a boundary for your own good. You stay in charge of your own pace, the whole way through.

  • It’s the presence, not the instruments

Anyone can strike a bowl. What changes the experience is who’s holding the room, and how steady they stay when something difficult surfaces. That’s what fifteen years of practice is for.

Want to try this first?

Come to a group sound bath.

I run open group sound sessions in studios across Mexico City throughout the month. It’s the easiest way to experience this work before booking privately: a lower price point, a shared group experience, and no commitment beyond showing up.

For companies & teams

Corporate wellness experiences that actually work.

Burnout isn’t something you can simply think your way out of. Chronic stress affects how people feel, focus and respond, not just how they think. When a team is under sustained pressure, no amount of productivity training reaches that. Body-based practices can.

I design and facilitate corporate sessions that help your people genuinely decompress, reconnect, and return to work with more capacity. Not just a nice afternoon off.

01

Supports recovery from stress

Somatic and sound-based practices can support down-regulation, rest and recovery from stress. Participants often describe feeling calmer, clearer and more present afterwards.

02

Supports trust and connection

Shared vulnerability in a supported setting can create more trust and authentic connection between colleagues.

03

Improves presence and focus

When tension eases, focus tends to follow. Participants often describe greater clarity and less reactivity after sessions.

04

Different from standard wellness

Not yoga, not meditation apps. Experiences people remember, talk about, and want to repeat.

Questions people ask before their first session.

I’ve never done anything like this. Is it going to be strange?

Most people arrive a little unsure, and it doesn’t get in the way. You don’t have to perform, share anything you don’t want to, or do it right. You settle in comfortably, and I guide the rest of the session.

What actually happens in a sound healing session?

You settle comfortably on a mat, usually with a blanket. I play Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and chimes around you, sometimes placing a bowl directly on the body so you feel the vibration physically. Most people drift into a state between waking and sleep. Afterwards we ground, and you have time to come back slowly.

Where do sessions take place?

In person, within Mexico City. Either at your home, where I bring all the instruments, or at the studio in the city center. Home sessions include transport, which is why pricing varies slightly by location.

Do you offer online sessions?

No. This work is physical: vibration, presence, and the ability to respond to what’s happening in your body in real time. That doesn’t translate through a screen, so every session is in person.

What should I bring or wear?

You don’t need to bring anything. Just wear whatever feels comfortable. At the studio, everything is provided, including a mat and blanket. For home sessions, I bring everything we need.

How much does a session cost?

Private sound healing and private somatic sessions start from $120 USD. The Sadhu board experience starts from $150 USD. Group experiences start from $300 USD. The final price depends on location and format. Discounts are available for three sessions or more.

How do I pay?

There’s no payment on the website. Message me or book a time, we’ll confirm the details together, and we’ll arrange payment directly.

Does standing on the Sadhu board hurt?

It can be intense, which is why preparation, guidance and listening to your body are essential. You can step off at any moment. I prepare you thoroughly with breathwork and grounding before you step on, and I guide you through every second of it. You control how long you stand and when you step off, always.

What languages do you work in?

English, Spanish, and Russian.

Is this therapy?

No. This is somatic and sound-based facilitation. It works alongside therapy rather than replacing it, and many of my clients do both.

How many sessions will I need?

Some people come once for a reset and that’s exactly right. Others work with me over months. After a first session you’ll have a much clearer sense, and we’ll talk about it honestly.

I’m dealing with something difficult right now. Is this safe for me?

Tell me about it before we book. My facilitation is trauma-informed and there’s no forced catharsis at any point, but I’d rather have an honest conversation first and make sure this is the right support for you right now.
